Privacy Policy
BUD Analytics Ltd (“BUDa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides financial risk-analysis tools that help self-directed investors identify potential financial risks in publicly traded companies, presenting institutional-grade analysis in an accessible format. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information across our websites, web and mobile applications, APIs, machine-learning systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our primary domain is bud-analytics.com.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1.4 Cookies and Local Storage
We use a limited set of cookies and browser local storage that are necessary for the Services to function, including to:
- Keep you signed in and maintain your session;
- Remember your preferences, such as language and timezone; and
- Cache certain data locally to improve performance.
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings; however, disabling them may affect the functionality of the Services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Analyze usage and improve and develop the Services, including our analytical models and product features; and
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
BUDa provides informational analytics only and does not provide individualized investment advice. We use your portfolio, watchlist, and interests to determine which analyses and content to present to you — not to make investment recommendations.
3. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
The Services use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical models — including fraud-detection models, natural-language processing, and forensic analysis of financial disclosures — to analyze publicly available company information (such as regulatory filings, market data, earnings-call transcripts, and news) and to generate automated risk analytics, scores, and reports.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- These outputs are automated analytics provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice;
- Outputs may be based on historical data, third-party data feeds, and market-data sources, and may contain errors or omissions;
- Our analytical models are developed and operate primarily on public and third-party financial and market data, not on your personal account information; and
- We may use aggregated and de-identified information to evaluate, calibrate, and improve our models and the Services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their own model-training purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances.
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:
| Purpose | Shared With |
|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and data storage | Google Cloud Platform |
| Email delivery and notifications | Google Workspace and related providers |
| Payment processing and billing | Third-party payment processors |
| Market and financial data | Third-party financial-data providers |
4.2 Legal and Regulatory Disclosures
We may disclose information when required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including to comply with subpoenas, court orders, or regulatory inquiries, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
4.3 Business Transfers
If BUDa is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4.4 With Your Consent
We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
5. Payment Information
To process subscriptions, we collect your preferred payment method and the payment details necessary for recurring billing. Payment card details are processed and stored by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We retain limited payment information — such as your payment method type, a tokenized reference to your stored payment credential, and your billing and transaction history — rather than full payment card numbers. Your stored (“cached”) payment credentials are used to process recurring subscription charges and to make checkout more convenient.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and monitoring. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including for subscription and billing functions, legal-compliance obligations, security and fraud prevention, and internal analytics. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at help@bud-analytics.com. We may require verification of your identity before acting on your request, and we may retain certain information where required or permitted by law.
8. Where We Process Your Information; International Transfers
BUD Analytics Ltd is based in Israel, and our primary cloud infrastructure is located in the European Union. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. As a result, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
9. Your Privacy Rights
9.1 European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to certain processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority. We process your personal data on the legal bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable.
9.2 California (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; to access a copy of your personal information; to request correction or deletion of your personal information; and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
9.3 Israel
If you are located in Israel, you have the right to review and request correction of personal information we hold about you, in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law.
9.4 How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at help@bud-analytics.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it and close the associated account.
11. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not operate or control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated policy, and the latest revision date is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
